My process for making my shirts includes cutting and then free motion embroidery to make the applique durable for every day use and washing. I know you will enjoy the soft quality of these shirts. Sizing--- What ever size you are I recommend going up one size. These shirts run small. I pre wash them so there will be no shrinking.
